HERESY offers a 1 year frame warranty against manufacturer defects. We will replace a defective frame at no charge within that year. After one year we will offer you a deal on a new frame. However, this warranty does not cover previously warrantied products and only applies to the original owner.
All parts (except soft goods, rubber or plastic products) have a one year warranty against manufacture defect.
This warranty does not cover damages like stripped threads and dented tubes, nor damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper adjustments, modification of the product (including sandblasting) or anything other than defects in material and workmanship.
Replacement frame or part’s model and color may differ.
All warranty claims must go through the dealer which sold the frame or part. Shipping the defective/damaged product to and from must be covered at the customers expense.
